		Overview of how to work with Getty Images Creative If you'd like us to license your imagery on www.gettyimages.com, we'll be pleased to review your images - free of charge of course - to see if they are saleable and meet the high technical and legal standards our customers demand. If they do meet our requirements, we'll be able to offer you a contract to shoot for one of our collections; its then up to you to decide if you'd like to enter into a licensing agreement with us. The Getty Images Collections Getty Images has several House Collections which you may be offered the opportunity to submit to if your images meet their unique creative direction. There are also our Photographer's Choice Placement Fee Collections to which many of our photographers currently submit and are the most likely place we’ll invite new contributors to license their images once they meet our basic technical and aesthetic requirements. For an overview of our collections including Photographer's Choice please click here. What type of images are we looking for? Look at creating images that can be associated with concepts. Imagery with strong conceptual appeal and an emotional connection has the greatest power to make multiple, global sales. On a popular topic, consider what visual angle will result in new and fresh images. What type of images do we have enough of? Generally we will not accept imagery that we feel is already over-subscribed in our collections and in particular, imagery that is overly descriptive in nature. Content adequately covered includes descriptive images of flowers, pets, wildlife, food, sunsets and landscapes. If you plan on submitting this type of material, please note that it should be highly conceptual in nature and shot in a fresh, innovative and contemporary fashion. What next? If you feel you have imagery that is suitable for our collections and are interested in submitting your work for review you'll just need to follow 5 simple steps: Register: get a unique username and password (you will need this to submit your imagery for review). Imagery: get a better idea and see some examples of the kind of imagery we're looking for. Requirements: review our image submission requirements and download an overview of our Contributor Agreement. Quiz: take a short test to show us you understand how we work. Submit: once you have passed the quiz, you can then send us a weblink to a gallery of your images for us to review for conceptual, technical and aesthetic quality.
